The adventure of 2 porky pigs...

Had a great weekend at penang. Too bad didn't get to see my colleague... Anyway Penang is too big for me to bump into him. He probably is at home watching VCD/DVDs...
Ate a lot at Penang. It was fun cos hubby and I rented a motorbike and we travelled round the Penang Island. It was indeed like the adventure of Porky Pigs as we both travel and eat the whole weekend.
We started with the very nice b/f at the hotel. The spread of food is even better than Marriot at KL (where we stayed last week). After that we took the motorbike and ate durians at roadside for our lunch.
After that we went to some ulu part of the island and had roti toast for afternoon tea plus the last-time-famous Kikapoh (dono if that's how I should spell it). In the evening, we went to the famous food street and ate our dinner of hor fun, fried oyster, satay, desert, etc. 
The highlight of the trip was yesterday where we lugged our bags after checking out and went to eat the Char Kway teow and chedol. Yumz... The chendol is fantastic. Best part is everyone just stood at the roadside to eat and each bowl is only S$0.60! 
But ate too much yesterday and today a little unwell. 
Maybe too much heaty food and chendol, got a little cough. Hopefully will recover before I go back to work...

Not too much heaty stuff though.. later fall sick then got extended leave -Medical leave!

ate so much when i went there after my exams... cant resist de food man!!! hahaha... 
its oso a nice place for shopping wor... hahaha... but muz get those malaysia names only lah... or go FOS... hee....
hmmm... but still cant win de food... de kway tiao teng, hokkien mee, fried oyster, char kway tiao.... everythg so yummy!! cant wait to go there again with my boy boy so that he can try all of em!!! hahaha... 
but de weather there very hot lah... hmm....

hmm... take care yah... so many ppl sick now oso leh...

It\'s so long since I was in Penang. Quite like that place when I was there. For now, I shall just be content with the instant noodles I have for lunch.
